Subscription Policy

Tivaro offers two types of subscription services:

1️⃣ Product Subscriptions – Automatically receive your favorite products on a recurring schedule.
2️⃣ General Subscriptions – Access exclusive benefits, special offers, and members-only perks.

By subscribing to either service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

✔ Product Subscriptions

  • Choose how often you’d like to receive your products (monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly).

  • Enjoy exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and free shipping (if applicable).

  • Modify, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

✔ General Subscriptions

  • Get exclusive offers, discounts, early product releases, and other premium benefits.

  • May include digital content, special promotions, or rewards for members.

  • Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

2. Billing & Payments

✔ Recurring Payments
By subscribing, you authorize Tivaro to automatically charge your provided payment method at the frequency you select (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, yearly).

✔ Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for subscription payments.

✔ Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card again. If payment is not completed within 4 days, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

✔ Refunds

  • Product subscriptions: Refunds are subject to our Return Policy.

  • General subscriptions: Refunds may not be available unless specified at signup.

3. Shipping & Delivery (For Product Subscriptions Only)

✔ Shipping Schedule

  • Your products will be shipped according to the frequency you selected.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

✔ Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping may be available for product subscriptions based on promotions or order value. Otherwise, standard shipping rates apply.

4. Managing Your Subscription

✔ Modifications
You can modify your subscription settings anytime, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency (for product subscriptions)

  • Updating payment details

  • Pausing or skipping a cycle

✔ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

  • Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

✔ Reinstating a Subscription

  • If you cancel but later decide to reactivate your subscription, you can do so through your account.

  • Previous discounts or promotional offers may not apply when reinstating a subscription.

5. Subscription Discounts & Promotions

✔ Exclusive Perks

  • Subscription members receive special discounts, rewards, and early access to new products.

  • Discounts may vary and are subject to change.

✔ Limited-Time Offers

  • Some promotions (e.g., first-month free, trial offers) are available only to new subscribers.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

6. Service Modifications & Termination

✔ Tivaro reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue subscription services at any time.
✔ If changes are made, we will notify subscribers in advance, and continued use of the service will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
