Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: A return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Return Shipping:

    • If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.), Tivaro covers the return shipping.

    • If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Process for Returns

  • Initiation: You must start a return request through our Return Portal.

  • Approval & Return Label: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued according to your selected option on the return form.

Current Refund Processing Times

  • Original Payment Method: 14 business days

  • Store Credit: 1-2 business days

  • Replacement Shipment: 1-2 business days after return approval

False Returns

  • If you return an item without initiating a return request and using the provided return label, we will not process a refund or return the item.

  • If the returned item does not match what was listed on the return form, the item will not be returned or refunded.

Note: All timelines mentioned above refer to business days and begin after Tivaro receives the returned item(s).
