Return and Refund Policy
Return Eligibility

Time Frame: A return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, defective product, etc.), Tivaro covers the return shipping.

If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Process for Returns

Initiation: You must start a return request through our Return Portal.

Approval & Return Label: Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued according to your selected option on the return form.
Current Refund Processing Times

Original Payment Method: 14 business days

Store Credit: 1-2 business days

Replacement Shipment: 1-2 business days after return approval
False Returns

If you return an item without initiating a return request and using the provided return label, we will not process a refund or return the item.

If the returned item does not match what was listed on the return form, the item will not be returned or refunded.
Note: All timelines mentioned above refer to business days and begin after Tivaro receives the returned item(s).
