Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 11 am MDT or after business hours will be processed on the next business day. 
3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

Same Day: Typically delivers on the same day depending on order time. 
- 
Economy Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-7 business days 
- 
Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Typically delivers within 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays. 
4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order using the provided tracking link. 
5. International Shipping

Tivaro USA only delivers to US territory. 
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- 
Tivaro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. 
- 
If you receive a damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. 
7. Address & Order Changes
- 
Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. 
- 
Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. 
- 
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
