Tivaro offers a rewards program that allows customers to earn and redeem points for discounts, exclusive offers, and special perks. By participating in the Tivaro Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Earning Rewards

✔ Ways to Earn Points
Customers can earn rewards points through various activities, including:

• Purchasing products

• Engaging with Tivaro – Points may be earned through activities like signing up, leaving product reviews, or participating in promotions.

✔ Point Expiration

• Points may expire if not redeemed or earned within 3 months from the date they were earned.

• Tivaro reserves the right to adjust expiration dates based on program updates.

✔ Bonus & Promotional Points

• Limited-time promotions may offer bonus points for specific activities.

• Promotional points may have separate expiration rules from standard points.

2. Redeeming Rewards

✔ How to Use Points

• Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases or exclusive member perks.

• Redemption values are subject to Tivaro’s program structure, and specific discounts may require a minimum point balance.

✔ Minimum & Maximum Redemption

• A minimum point balance may be required to redeem certain rewards.

• There may be a maximum limit on points that can be applied per transaction.

3. Rewards Account & Limitations

✔ Eligibility

• Rewards accounts are available to registered customers only.

• One rewards account per person. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.

✔ Fraud Prevention & Abuse

• Tivaro reserves the right to revoke points, suspend, or terminate accounts found to be abusing the rewards system.

• Fraudulent activities include, but are not limited to:
  ❌ Creating multiple accounts to earn duplicate rewards
  ❌ Engaging in refund abuse while retaining earned points
  ❌ Manipulating referrals or promotions for unfair gain

✔ Non-Transferability

• Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

4. Program Changes & Termination

✔ Tivaro reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
✔ If the program is discontinued, customers will be notified in advance, and any remaining points must be redeemed before the expiration date.
✔ Tivaro may update reward values, earning methods, or redemption policies based on business needs.
